The Real Estate Academy, one of New York City’s leading continuing education programs for real estate professionals, announced the guest speaker roster for its Fall seminar series, “News, Views and Current Real Estate Trends.”

The classes, which will be held at The Penthouse at Shelly’s New York
(104 West 57th Street), will begin on October 2h, and will continue on October 27 and November 3. They fulfill the State of New York’s Continuing Education Requirement for Re-Licensure by providing 22.5 hours of continuing education credit to real estate brokers and sales persons who
take all three sessions.

Guest speakers scheduled to appear include:

Wednesday, October 20, 2004: Daren W. Hornig, president/chief executive officer, The Quest Group LLC; Josh Guberman, managing member, Core Development Group.

Wednesday, October 27, 2004: Barbara Corcoran, chairman, The Corcoran Group; Jacky Teplitzky, executive vice president, Douglas Elliman.

Wednesday, November 3, 2004: Mike Lentin, president, Citiquiet;
Dorothy “Dottie” Herman, president and chief executive officer,
Prudential Douglas Elliman.
