Trump Parc East
This 14-story apartment building was erected in 1930, the same year as the adjoining 38-story former Barbizon Plaza Hotel that is now a condominium building known as Trump Parc. This building's identity is hard to separate from that of the taller neighboring tower. Together they add a formidable anchor to this corner of Central Park South.

Trump Parc
The 38-story building extends through to 58th Street and wraps around the smaller Trump Parc East on the southwest corner of Central Park South, with unified retail frontage of both along 6th Avenue. The grand entrance to Trump Parc is full of polished granite and landscaping.

Condo
This attractive pre-war building was converted to a condop in 2006. Costas Kondylis was the architect for this early conversion. The condop plan allows the purchasers of these apartments to sell or sublet their apartments without board approval, much like a condominium. The building was formerly the InterContinental Hotel and prior to that the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

The Berkeley
With the elegant stores of Fifth Avenue and the boutiques of Madison nearby to the east and the varied attractions of the Lincoln Center district a few blocks away to the west, this location is now very prime.

The Hampshire House
One of the city’s great skyline buildings even though it has been dwarfed by some towers on 57th Street, the Hampshire House is noted for its spectacular, steeply-pitched copper roof with two tall chimneys.

The Hampshire House
This 35-story beige-brick tower is one of the most distinctive in the city with its broadly curved corner and continuous bands of balconies in its 21-story base. It commands spectacular views of Central Park and the curved façade permits more apartments to have park views.

While there are many buildings with unobstructed views of Central Park, few take as much advantage of them as this 23-story apartment tower. Although it may seem to be overshadowed by many of its taller neighbors along Central Park South, this building has the best north wall; it is virtually all windows.

Condo
One of the city’s “supertall” new buildings, this is the one with the best views. The 950-foot-tall, 160-unit, residential condominium tower extends through to West 58th Street with asymmetry of design.

The 16-story, 39-unit Gainsborough, built in 1908, was originally designed for artists and their studios. The front 34 apartments all have double-height living rooms facing north overlooking Central Park.
