The Real Estate Academy, one of New York City’s leading real
estate schools, today announced the dates for its newest series of
accredited seminars.
News, Views & Current Real Estate Trends” (C-1160) will take place
on October 10, 12 and 17`at The New York Athletic Club at 180 Central
Park South.
The all-day classes will offer brokers and salespersons the 22.5 hours required by the Department of State for re-certification.
Tuition is $199 and those interested should visit www.RealEstateAcademy.com to register.
“The previous seminar series, which took place in June, sold out,” said Esther Muller, the Real Estate Academy’s co-founder and master teacher.
“Many were disappointed because they were unable to attend. I want
to provide an early notice so that students have plenty of time to
reserve seating.”
A sampling of speakers who presented at the June 2007 seminars included: Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, Retail Sales/Leasing Division, Prudential Douglas Elliman; David Michonski, chairman/chief executive officer, Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy; Peter Marra, executive vice president, Brown Harris Stevens; Scott Bloom, president, Bloom Real Estate Group; Diane Ramirez, president, Halstead Property; Barbara Fox of Fox Residential Group; and Charles Rabinovitch, founder, CM Rabinovitch/Architect.
Muller expects to develop a roster for the October classes that continues
the Academy’s hallmark of bringing in notable industry leaders to present
on timely topics impacting the real estate industry and those who work in
the field.
“I’ve already heard from senior executives who want to present,” she says. “It’s an embarrassment of riches.” The speaker list for the fall version of “News, Views & Current Real Estate Trends” will be announced in September.
Founded in 1995 by Muller and Benjamin Wieder, The Real Estate Academy provides Department of State accredited courses for New York City brokers and salespersons.
